Tina Cain CPG - Owner
I have been privileged to be surrounded by dogs from an early age due to my father being an RAF Police dog handler. I understand how important is to look after the health and welfare of our companions knowing they are such an important member of the family.
I am a qualified member of the professional body IPG ( International Professional Groomers ) this enables me to continually improve my skills and stay up-to-date with the latest grooming techniques and industry best practices.
As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person who is caring for them so will always treat every dog with the same respect, and attention that I give to my own. I am committed to providing a safe and stress-free grooming experience that leaves your dog looking and feeling its best.
Thank you for considering me as your dog groomer. I look forward to meeting you and providing the top-quality grooming services that your pet deserves.
When you live a busy life, it is hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets demand.
I understand that every dog is unique and will personalise the grooming experience that will meet your dog's individual needs.
Step 1, Check, eyes, ears, nails, skin, coat before starting the grooming process.
Step 2, Use of specialised shampoos and conditioners to help keep the coat clean, healthy and in great condition.
Step 3, Utilise the latest techniques and equipment to dry the coat, taking into account, dog type, age and health requirements. This can also help prevent mats and tangles leaving the coat feeling healthy and softer longer.
Step 4, Ending with a full cut, trim and style to suit you and your pets lifestyle.

You should bring your dog's leash, any necessary paperwork, and information about any health concerns or special needs your dog may have. You may also want to bring a favourite toy or blanket to help your dog feel more comfortable during the grooming process.
Yes, I require appointments to be made in advance. This ensures that I have enough time to provide each dog with the attention and care they deserve.
The length of time it takes to groom a dog depends on several factors, including the size of the dog, the type of grooming services needed, and the behaviour of the dog. In general, it can take anywhere from 1-4 hours.

I am trained to work with dogs of all temperaments and will work with you and your dog to make the experience as stress free as possible. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to consult with a veterinarian or a professional dog behaviourist for additional support.
